Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original Pratap Sons tags and packaging intact for a successful pickup.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide a return acknowledgement receipt.
Refund Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
